The December social meeting will be on Saturday 11th December 2021, including our General Meeting. There will be a Christmas BBQ dinner following the speakers presentation.

Presentation - Paul Mander

Paul has worked with birds for over 35 years and has trained birds for Zoos and Wildlife Parks, Film and Television and live shows like the Australian Outback Spectacular.

His passion for birds was installed by his father at a very young age.

Paul's first experience training birds for TV was training a Snowy Owl for David Attenborough, which sparked a career that has led to recent film credits including Storm Boy and Penguin Bloom.  

Paul will be bringing some of his movie star birds along on the day.

Please join us at Parrot Supplies Australia in Slacks Creek from 5pm for the meeting. The store will be open from 9am on the day. There will also be Raffles and a Lucky Door Prize.
