Chilli is a 4 year old female Eclectus who urgently needs rehoming. I have taken on a new role in the last 12 months which has seen me travel alot and can be away for weeks at a at time. This has seriously affected Chilli who has started plucking around her neck and is anxious when I am not home. We have tried our best to get her feeling happy with other family memebers, but this has not worked and we are stuck in a vicious cycle. This is putting a large amount of stress on my family, and on Chilli herself.

She is very clever, she is loving and sweet and is trained well. She just does not tolerate other people very well when I am not there. I do think this will be easy to fix though. She is a beautiful girl and I have thought long and hard about rehoming, but ulitmatley it is the best decision for her.

She is on an excellent Eclectus only diet, is healthy and smart. I am looking for someone to take her who is well experienced with Eclectus parrots, as we all know they are a huge commitment. I feel that Chilli would thrive with other feathered friends once she was used to them.

She has a very large cage if needed and a beautiful treehouse that we made for her. I am only asking a small donation fee as I would love to see her rehomed to a loving and caring person.
